Rene Santin, P.E., serves as Deputy District Manager for the Castle Pines North Metro District and is proud to live in the community he serves. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.

Prior to joining the District, he worked as a consulting engineer supporting utilities across the country in water treatment, system modeling, and infrastructure planning. He is committed to delivering reliable, forward-thinking solutions that support the district’s long-term sustainability.

In his free time, he enjoys photography and woodworking.
