With a background in management consulting, Leah has experience leading solution delivery in various industries, including software, high tech, consumer products, retail, business services, and manufacturing. 

Over her career, Leah has developed an extensive skill set through her involvement in numerous projects for Fortune 500 companies. She has launched Windows and Office products for Microsoft, created organizational design blueprints, developed resource allocation guidelines, facilitated global strategy summits, led training and change management teams for enterprise implementations, and spent more hours than she can count building out business processes. 

Leah took a break from the corporate world when her first child was born to spend time as a stay-at-home parent. During this time she volunteered at her children's schools and in the community. As her children grew older and more independent, Leah re-engaged with her professional network and returned to management consulting, where she consulted for GitHub and built out their certification program, launched their first three exams, and developed the process for authoring and publishing content on Microsoft Learn.com. Leah currently works directly for GitHub, an internet hosting service for software development and version control, where she leads the GitHub partner accreditation program.  

Leah moved from Seattle to Castle Pines in 2017 with her husband and three children, who currently attend Timber Trail Elementary and Rocky Heights Middle School. Both she and her husband are passionate about community involvement and service; Leah through her involvement with the PTO Executive Board and Jeff through his time serving in the Army and coaching. Leah is excited to roll up her sleeves and get to work on behalf of the Castle Pines community.
