David holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture & Agronomy from Kansas State University. He has worked in the green industry since 1985 and joined the CPNMD staff in 2010. David directs crews and contractors to ensure year-round maintenance of CPNMD’s three parks, 14-miles trail system, and 351 acres of open space. David also manages the operation and maintenance of CPNMD’s irrigation systems.
