 Automatic Bill Payment Authorization (ACH)

Signing up for automatic  payments (ACH) just got easier!

Before you begin: please be sure to have your bank account and routing number available.

Follow these step by step instructions:

     Step 1: From the homepage click "Pay My Bill Online" at the top center of the page

     Step 2: Sign in, or if you have not done so, register your account

     Step 3: Click "I want to set up auto pay" under Help on the right side of your screen

     Step 4: Click "Add AutoPay"

     Step 5: Enter required information

     Step 6: Cick "confirm"

     Step 7: A new screen will open, Click "Set AutoPay"

     Step 8: Select account, and click "Confirm"

     Step 9: A confirmation screen will open, click "okay" at the bottom of that screen

     Step 10: Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with automatic billpay! 

Additional Information:

  • Payments are withdrawn from your bank account on the 27th of each month (or the closest business day) 
     
  • We are NOT able to do automatic payments using a credit or debit card.  To pay using a card, click the "Pay My Bill" link in the top right corner of our home page, or call our office at 303-688-8550 during normal business hours to make a credit card payment over the phone. 
     
  • Sign up in person:  Residents also have the option of coming in to our office to sign up for Automatic Payments via ACH, please bring a voided check.
