CPNMD seeks qualified applicants for anticipated Board vacancy
The Castle Pines North Metropolitan District (CPNMD) will have a vacant position on the Board of Directors and is seeking qualified individuals to apply.
To qualify as a Director of a special district, a person must be registered to vote in Colorado and be either:
a resident of the special district; or
a person who, or whose spouse or civil union partner, owns taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the special district, whether such person resides within the special district or not.
Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest and resume to District Manager Jim Nikkel via email at jim@cpnmd.org no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 21. Additionally, applicants should plan to state their interest and qualifications for serving before the Board of Directors at the upcoming meeting on Monday, August 21 at 6 p.m. The Board of Directors plans to vote to fill the vacant seat that evening.
